Hi there fellow fitness
reader,
So you are wondering who is
Matt Taylor? Well, he lives on the Northwest
coast. Because the weather is mild year
'round.
Aw forget it... I hate
talking in the third person. I feel like slapping myself!
(SLAP!!!)
Let's start
over, I like to
live and I live to add life to my years. And I
think most of us do but we get stuck in a rut and don't
know how to get out of the hole we dug ourselves in. And
we are too darn busy sometimes to figure out how to lose
body fat, or how to get 6 pack abs or how to gain
muscles.
Well, I was really interested
in this ftness and health stuff because I used to be skinny
fat. I was never more than 149 pounds in my life until I
started reading all the books I reviewed for this website. I
packed on 24 pounds of pure muscles within 6 months! I now
weight between 170-174 pounds. Which is pretty good for a guy
my size -- 5' 9".
I'm proud of myself because I
proved I could do it. And so can you! My favorite saying is
this: "Don't let the past determine your future. Take
charge and make the changes NOW!"
And my second favorite saying
is: "Be realistic. Don't go all out and expect to lose 25
pounds in one week. It isn't going to happen and it will
probably mean you have to chop off your arm or
leg."
My advice? Keep the arm and
leg and take it slow -- losing 1-2 pounds a week is perfect.
Think about it this way -- in 6 months, following a safe
and effective fat loss program -- you could lose up to
24 pounds. A year, 50 pounds!
But the most important part
is be safe and don't sweat the small details...
