Everyone falls for the illusion of quick weight loss by swallowing a tablet. It is way easier than actually eating healthy foods and
exercising. I'm sorry to disappoint you but that easy way out doesn't work. The good news is you don't really need to perpetually look for a diet
pill that works to get the body YOU want and deserve!
Recently, Scientists from Canada did a two year study on 2 of the most common weight-loss pills, Orlistat and Sibutramine and their effect on
patients. More than 20,000 folks just like you took part in this study.
Similar experiments showed very little fat loss but plenty of minimal weight loss but plenty of negative side effects from these pills (which
makes you wonder why Doctors still prescribe them to their patients). Somehow, I wasn't surprised to hear that less than ten percent of these
folks taking part in this study from Canada were still taking the pills ONE YEAR later and ONLY 2 percent were STILL taking them at the end of 2
years!
The majority of the patients ended their use of these diet pills for either it was ineffective or because of adverse effects on their bodies.
This is the real truth about diet pills and some of those diet pills are bad for you. Find out about it now or later...
Now suppose you followed a lifestyle of eating healthy and natural foods and doing efficient short and intense workouts... there would be a
huge difference!
In fact, I found that when my fitness clients follow the lifestyle plan that I promote, most of them stick with the plan as opposed to a
majority of clients in the Canadian study that stopped using diet pills...
The truth of the matter is ingesting diet pills is NOT a natural way of life! Instead, following a plan of eating healthy foods for energy and
following a simple but effective workout plan to feel great and improve your overall conditioning is the best way to go toward improving your
healthy and toning your body.
So, instead of settling for crappy foods such as a donut to start your day, why not try eating an apple and a handful of almonds? Replace that
regular or diet soda with organic green tea or filtered tap water? Try getting up ten minutes earlier and progressively do a more and more
intense workout plan. And if you take a few minutes each evening to build up and tone your body's muscles with bodyweight exercises (can do at
home). I wouldn't be surprised... in fact I guarantee that it will be much easier to STICK with the program than ingesting diet pills and
expecting you will "magically" lose weight.
Why waste time, money and effort on weight loss supplement that don't work when you can find out more about the fat loss program that you will
stick with for the rest of your life? For more information, please check out my website here:\
