I KNOW that one of the
biggest markets out there that is being underserved in the
health and fitness industry is the Moms. And when I heard about
this new book, The Fit Yummy Mummy, I wondered if it is the
best way to lose weight for the Moms.
And the author of this book,
Holly Rigsby said it is a comprehensive guide to what's the
MOST challenging issue faced by moms... how to get their
pre-baby body back. And it seems that Holly understands the
changes to the mother's body during pregnancy and when added to
the increased responsibilities of motherhood, many moms have a
lot of difficulties trying to regain their pre-pregnancy
figure. As you can see from the Holly's before and after photos
below... she knows what she is talking about.

Unfortunately, there is TOO
MUCH information out there regarding health and fitness... in
fact, it is way too confusing for most people... much less than
a busy mom!
And I agree... getting
quality information about the best way to lose weight and get
slimmer, fitter and healthier is very, very hard to
find.
Until I started reviewing
this fitness and health ebook (electronic book that you can
download immediately) for the moms. Literally, everything
important to know about fat loss and getting fit is covered...
and it was written by someone who KNOWS what you are feeling
and what you are going though -- because it happened to her
too.
And the tone of this book
sets it apart from all the other fitness books. It is friendly,
persuasive and understanding about what it takes to get fit.
This book is easy to understand, and presented in a manner that
is educational. Sort of like having a conversation with your
best friend.
The best part is Holly Rigsby
promotes healthy eating habits, strength training and interval
training in such a way that it is doable. Short workouts and
commonsense foods that promote faster metabolism to burn body
fat.
When you first open The Fit
Yummy Mummy... you will see a quick guide to get started with
goal setting plan and some morale boosting tips how to stay on
the track through the fat loss program. Then you go straight
into the action part of the plan.
The first part will cover
nutrition... In my opinion... is much, much more important than
any workouts you can do. Get the nutrition part down right...
and YOU my friend, are ready to burn fat like there is no
tomorrow! And Holly does a very admirable job presenting
EXACTLY what you need to have on your menu, when to eat and how
often to eat for maximum metabolism.
She also provides a menu
planner...
The second part would be your
fat loss workouts. She puts in easy to follow explanations of
the why's and hows for every part of the fitness workout
program. There are pictures of Holly performing each exercises
as well as the tips and advice how to do the exercises
properly.
And the workouts can be
adjusted to your fitness level. The great thing about Holly's
workouts is you will get the workouts you want in less that 90
minutes PER WEEK!!! This is NOT a typo! Ninty minutes tops for
each week. That is terrific news for busy moms!
Lastly, there is a section
called the Busy Mom's fat loss companion which is jam-packed
with easy-to-use tools and resources like goal setting sheets,
fitness journal, exercise descriptions and even a ready-made
grocery list. I think HOlly pretty much figured out everything
for you... the only thing asked of you is action!
This fitness and health book
for moms is user friendly, detailed and full of practical
advice. This book is definitely NOT overwhelming...
But that is not all... you
see... Holly also has a follow up email coaching series to help
keep you on track, gives you daily fitness tips and even
healthy easy to make recipes! I believe this follow up email
coaching series is perfect way to keep you focused and lose
body fat...
One more thing... Holly is a
Certified Personal Trainer and has personally helped over 250
moms get in shape. And it shows when you read her book, she
gives you ALL the tools to make getting back your pre-baby body
as easy as possible.
In my opinion The Fit Yummy
Mummy gets two thumbs up... the information provided by this
ebook is detailed, easy to understand and do... and above all,
reliable. If you were going to get a fitness and fat loss
book... make it this one.
