I bet as soon as you saw the
words, "simple" and "lose belly fat" in the title, your mind
was just about to write this whole article off as another one
of those it-sounds-too-good-to-be-true programs -- and I agree
with you -- that most of the information out there is usually
just that, a gimmick or too-good-to-be-true.
All I ask is for you to be
patient and read through this article for the 3 ways that
I guarantee is going to help you in your fat loss
efforts.
Like everyone else, you are
probably conditioned to believe that fat loss is tied to 1000s
of hours of sweating in the health club. Swallowing the current
fad supplement. And doing all this at the same time eating
celery stalks and plain tofu. Sounds really exiting huh...?
NOT!
Well guess what? That is a
myth and you CAN drop a couple of dress sizes without having to
take drastic actions like above. What is required however, is
small, simple and easy steps to change or modify your behavior
that led to the addition of those unwanted layers of fat.
Today, I am going to give you three life style changes that you
can make to immediately help you with losing the stomach fat
and get your pre-baby body back!
1) The first way to
lose belly fat is the quit eating your meals out.
Remember your meal portion sizes when you were growing up? Now
compare that with the meal portion sizes at restaurants. And we
wonder why most adults have been gaining so much weight. In
fact, studies have concluded that when you eat out, you tend to
overeat and probably because we don't want to leave any food on
the table since we paid for it! So we eat EVERYTHING on the
plate... far more than we know we should.
To sum it up, when we eat
out, we eat more calories than those who don't go out. so I
suggest for the next 6 weeks to take a break and watch how
easily you can drop a dress size or two. And the best part is
the money you saved by not eating out at expensive restaurants;
you can purchase a new outfit to fit your slimmer
body.
2) The next simple way to lose belly fat is
to eat smaller meal portions. The advantage of
this is you don't have to avoid the comfort foods you
enjoy -- just eat smaller servings of them. That's all!
And try to forget what Mom told you about cleaning up your
plate before leaving the table. Just take you time and eat
slowly and stop eating when you are not hungry anymore. Do
this and you will enjoy your meals and wearing your skinny
jeans sooner than later...
3) The last baby step
to lose belly fat is to make better meal choices. Yes,
I did say you could eat anything you want in step 2 but to get
to the NEXT step and lose more fat, you are going to have to
make wiser food choices. So when you go grocery shopping, try
to select the foods at the outer edge of the store and less
stuff in the isles where the processed foods, candy, soda and
chips are. When you are working, try to bring healthy snack
foods so you won't be tempted to go to the vending machines for
your energy boost.
The next thing to do is to
make good choices for the meals that don't really matter. For
instance, your quality of life is not really going to improve if you
choose a hamburger over a grilled chicken salad for lunch. So
make the right choice. Improve you meal choices and you will
accelerate your fat loss and avoid the unnecessary calories
without even trying.
These three ways to loose
stomach fat that I just told you about are NOT big secrets but
they DO produce the bottom line results of getting your
pre-baby body back...
