Mike gives you several bonuses when you download his book. One of them is the fast and easy metabolic calculator which is an MS Excel spreadsheet designed by Mike. All you do is input your variables and it will quickly calculate the daily calories to meet your goals.

I liked it... cause math isn't one of my favorite subjects... but let's just move on...

Now this ebook starts off with a good section about nutrition... good nutrition that is absolutely critical to lowering your body fat.

You see, most of us probably has the greatest and sexiest abs in the world... But! It is hidden underneath a layer of excess fat.

So what Mike is doing here is emphasizing good nutritional habits to increase your metabolism to burn the fat! Also, the book has 84 meal ideas in one place. It is pretty convenient because I took the numbers from the metabolic calculator to figure out how big my meals will have to be. Don't worry, it is pretty simple.

The next section is abdominal workouts. There are color pictures of Mike doing each exercises. I did most of them and they really work your abs! Best thing of all is... NO SIT UPS! Seriously! Mike says they are ineffective and just waste your time. That is just great cause I really, really hate situps...female abs

The next section, which Mike feels is even MORE important than the abs workouts is the total body workouts.

Now you can do these as gym based workouts, home workouts, or even just bodyweight workouts. I prefer bodyweight workouts and a pair of dumbbells to make things more interesting. Mike strongly suggests that you also get an stability ball (which doesn't cost all that much).

The last part Mike covers is fat burning workouts. He says that you DON'T have to do 1-2 hours of cardio each day to get that flat and sexy stomach! In fact, you shouldn't do a total body workout of more than 1 hour. And Mike's workouts gets you huffing and puffing like nobody's business!

Quite frankly, I really liked this book beause Mike covers all the aspects you need to know to get the abs you want. Also... at the end of the book, Mike has a FAQs that totally blows many fat loss myths out of the water.

Mike says it doesn't matter what your age, gender or genetics is. Everybody can lose belly fat and get lean & healthy.

So if you were going to get a abdominal book, or even a fat loss book this year... I suggest you get this one. Mike's book has everything you need to get the body you want -- with no hype, just the truth.
