So who the heck is Vince DelMonte and why did he write the book, No-Nonsense Muscle Building that teaches men and women (who are thin), how to gain muscle mass that looks great?

Well, to put it mildly, he knows how to build muscle fast, burn body fat and how to defeat the skinny genes quickly! You see, Vince DelMonte was so scrawny and thin while growing up, everyone called him "Skinny Vinny."

And like you, he probably didn't like that nickname. I remember getting teased about being small and skinny while growing up too...

But back to Vince DelMonte. He was so determined to participate in atheletics that he became a long distance runner. So he competed in 10 k runs and marathons (take a look at Vince as a runner in the picture above). And we all know that long distance runners have thin physiques and it was the wrong choice for Vince.

So he decided to learn all he could to gain muscle mass. In fact, he learned so well how to gain muscles the right way for skinny guys -- he gained 41 pounds of hard, dense muscles in six short months!

Just imagine... in six months, you could be 40 pounds heavier. Your chest would be bigger, arms, and legs. Your confidence would be shooting sky high! Nobody would be putting you down anymore... no sir!

And the amazing part of Vince DelMonte gaining 41 pounds of solid rock hard mucles was he did it in six months without drugs or herbs. He used some supplement and only trained THREE TIMES a Week!!! And he went from 149 pounds to 190 pounds.

And the next thing Vinny did was joined the world of competitive fitness modeling. And he became the Canadian Fitness Model Champion on his third show! Pretty amazing stuff to me because that is NOT easy to do...

Now here are some more important details... Vince is more than qualified to help YOU reach your body transformation goals. Because not only, he has a Honors Degree in Kinesiology and has been a personal trainer for the past few years. He also specializes in training skinny guys just like himself and more importantly, like you to gain muscle weight.
