Let me ask you some quick questions what you believe about fat loss and strength
training:
- In order to lose body fat you must do cardio training 1-2 hours a
day?
- You must do hundreds of situps before you can get a flat stomach or even a
six pack abs?
- I am big boned and therefore I can never be slim, lean and toned
- I have bad genetics and will always have belly fat, big thighs and flabby
arms & chest
- Getting lean, fit and healthy takes a lot of time... which I don't

beliefs about basic human physiology. Truth be told... we can ALL be lean, toned and muscular... if we want
to!

For me, this is perfect, I don't have to commute to the gym and I like bodyweight
exercises because they promote strength which allows you to lift more. But that is just me...
And lastly, I wanted to mention that Craig Ballantyne and I both agree on this
one thing... CARDIO TRAINING SUCKS! Well, Craig is a little more mature than I am.... he says that cardio training
is slow and boring and is a very ineffective way to blow torch body fat.
In short, Craig has some great ideas call interval training which is very intense
and done in a very short time. The best thing is those days of 1-2 hours of cardio training is long
gone...
In fact, Craig said the most asked question he has to answer is... "How much fat can
I lose with TT?"
His answer -- "A lot!"
And he adds, "You can do all the weight loss routines in the privacy of your own
home. You won't need to spend a lot of money on equipment. You will only have to workout 3 days a week! And only
workout 45 minutes for each of those days!"
